Facilitated by Sarah Shavel, a seasoned herbalist, somatic and ancestral healing practitioner, and a passionate creator of elixirs throughout her life, this event is a collective invitation to inhabit our presence while forming a circle of unity.

Soma Elixir offers an immersive journey aimed at deepening your connection with your senses, enhancing your ability to experience joy, and aligning with the vibrant energies of spring’s arrival. Through the practice of somatic exploration, participants will engage in profound attunement with the body’s inherent wisdom and the abundant treasures it holds.

In our shared space, the power of healing and nourishing herbal elixirs, alongside carefully selected plants and artisanal herbal oils, will support our collective experience. These elements work in harmony to amplify our connection to ourselves and the natural world.

For your comfort and ease during the event, we recommend wearing soft, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement and sitting.

Please note that space is limited, and in order to prepare adequately with the necessary supplies, Sarah requests attendees to confirm their participation at least one week in advance. This ensures a well-organized and enriching experience for everyone involved.
