What to Expect: Your session begins with a customized body steaming or smoke clearing, using hand-selected herbs to release stagnant energy and prepare the body and spirit for healing. This is followed by a herbal flower or plant sweeping, a traditional cleansing practice that uses fresh or dried botanicals to brush away residual energies, clear your field, and soothe the spirit. The ceremony concludes with a deeply grounding body wrapping, where you are cocooned in layers of cloth to help close energetic openings, fortify spiritual boundaries, and bring containment to your body and soul.
